Canine Eye Clinic 2026 Big Sky Cluster
The Flathead Kennel Club will be sponsoring an OFA CAER Eye Clinic at the Big Sky Cluster on June 26, 2026 from 8 am - 5 pm. Exams will be conducted by Carrie Breaux, DVM, DACVO.
This Clinic is an OFA clinic only. Medical exams will not be offered.
Early Bird pre-paid cost of each exam is $55.00 until June 10, 2026. Non-refundable after June 10, 2026. Register early to obtain desired appointment time.
$60 per exam for appointments made between June 10 and June 25, 2026.
Walk-In appointments will be accepted only if there is availability in the schedule and will be charged $70 per exam.
Pre payment is via PayPal or CHECK only. PayPal option below. A $2.50 convenience fee will be applied to payments made via PayPal.
PrePayment via check of $55 per exam can be mailed to Linda Carden, 17 Glacier Circle, Kalispell, MT 59901.
US Funds only and NO Credit Cards or Debit Cards will be accepted at the time of exam. PayPal payments will not be accepted after June 25, 2026. After that date, you must pay by cash or check. Do not pay through your personal PayPal account. Use PayPal payment link below.

All registrants must pre-register at www.ofa.org\online Login or create a user name and password. Create a New Application and enter your dog's information. You must bring your case number and if possible, your printed forms, with you to your scheduled appointment. Registration cannot be completed at the time of the clinic. PRE-REGISTRATION WITH OFA IS REQUIRED.
Bring the following information with you to the exam: Dog's registered name, date of birth, sex, permanent ID number (via microchip or tattoo).
